5. Do you use An Post services?
Yes we do. Most of our orders will fit through an average post-box. If you order 4 pairs or more it may not. If you are unlikely to be in, it is a good idea to give a work address or instructions as to where to leave them. Some of our customers say 'leave in shed/next door/ porch' etc.
6. What shape glasses will suit me?
This is a difficult one. But generally here's a bit of a guide line -
Round Face: Choose rectangular or square glasses, higher temples/arms will make your face appear longer. avoid round ion to the size of your face. But anything goes, round, rectangular, classic or funky. Frames that are slightly wider than your face will also look good.
Oblong: The best shape glasses for you are round (see Paris Gold or Lima Black) and square. These shapes will make your face appear slightly shorter. Just make sure that you don't choose anything that's too wide at the temples. All our glasses have measurments.
Square: Avoid square frames - too much sameness. Shallow oval or rectangle frames will work. Thick, coloured or decorated arms are to be avoided. Frameless styles are just the business as they won't cover too much of your face.
Oval Face: You're lucky - most shape glasses will suit you. Just make sure the frame is in proportion to your size of face. All of the above is a matter of taste as are our categories. Some men like colourful styles and some women like sober colours. Some like to choose a contrasting colour to create a stir. Go for it!
7. How long will it take to get a refund on my credit card?
As soon as we get the returned glasses the refund is done. For the refund to appear on your statement may take a little longer depending on when your statement is due.
8. What are dioptres?
This is the power or strength of the lens in your reading glasses.
9. What is a polycarbonate frame?
Some of our styles have a polycarbonate frame - it's a strong plastic frame - durable and hard wearing.
9. What is TR90?
It's a strong, flexible material used in the arms, or frame of some of our glasses, making them bendable and virtually unbreakable. They are also comfortable and will return to their usual shape.
10. What does CCV2 mean when paying by credit card?
This is the security code on the back of your credit card - the last 3 numbers.
11. What does Zero Dioptre mean?
These are a clear lens glass - they have no magnification. Some people like to wear glasses as a fashion accessory, others need them for a drama or a play.

We do more than our best to satisfy and please our customers, but very occasionally things can be horribly wrong - like the time 10 orders got lost and took longer than usual to arrive. But like Mr. Branson we do more than our best!
